Quality and I+D+i

The management of TECNOSEÑAL SL, in its activities relating to the design, production and installation of signage, corporate identity and furniture, expresses its commitment to and support for initiatives in the areas of Quality, the Environment, Innovation, Health and Safety at Work, and Energy Management, based on the following principles:
➢ To work towards the continuous improvement of our processes and working conditions, with a view to both customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship and energy performance, whilst maintaining good communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
➢ To implement an integrated management system through the responsibility and participation of all members of the company.
➢ To promote consultation with and participation by employees and, where they exist, employee representatives.
➢ To assess the environmental impacts of our activities, identifying associated impacts and committing to implementing measures to reduce them wherever possible.
➢ To provide staff with adequate training so that they carry out their duties to the required standards of quality, are aware of potential environmental issues and all matters relating to health and safety at work arising from their activities, and are actively involved in upholding our policy in all their work.
➢ Comply at all times with current legislation and regulations on the environment, health and safety at work, and energy management,

TECNOSEÑAL is certified to UNE-EN ISO 45001:2023, with the aim of achieving strong performance in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) by managing its risks, in accordance with its OHS policy and objectives. It does so within an increasingly demanding legislative framework, alongside the development of economic policies and other measures to promote good OSH practices, and amid growing concern amongst stakeholders in this area.

The system in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 45001:2023 enables TECNOSEÑAL to:

Reduce workplace accidents and increase productivity by identifying, assessing and controlling the risks associated with each job role, and by preventing the causes of accidents and work-related illnesses.
Comply with legislation on prevention by integrating it into TECNOSEÑAL’s processes, thereby reducing the costs and administrative penalties arising from non-compliance.
Promote a culture of prevention by integrating prevention into the company’s system and increasing all employees’ commitment to the continuous improvement of OSH.

OHS PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT:

With regard to the identification and assessment of risks at TECNOSEÑAL, the following procedure is followed:

For our own premises, TECNOSEÑAL’s external health and safety service (SPA) carries out an annual risk identification and assessment.
For on-site installations and assemblies

TECNOSEÑAL has defined the criteria to be followed for the initial assessment, selection, performance monitoring and reassessment of external suppliers, with the aim of verifying their suitability to supply goods or carry out work in accordance with the established quality, environmental, energy management, innovation and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements.

SUPPLIER ASSESSMENT:

The Systems Manager, the Procurement Department and Senior Management are responsible for selecting and assessing suppliers, determining their ability to meet the Quality, Environmental, Energy Management, Innovation and OSH requirements that TECNOSEÑAL has established for its products and services.

Supplier approval is subject to compliance with one of the following assessment criteria:

Possession of a Quality, Environmental Management, Energy Management, Innovation or OSH certification
Trial order or (service/work)
Opportunity or strategic considerations
Historical data

MONITORING OF SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE:

All approved suppliers are assessed on an ongoing basis, based on the results of inspections carried out upon receipt of supplies or through the monitoring of work carried out by subcontractors.

In the event of an incident, an Incident Report will be opened for that approved supplier, in which the person responsible for supplier assessment and monitoring records the incident and the date
