Whistleblowing Channel
The WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL is a tool that allows you to report any event you consider to be irregular so that the company or entity, through its governing bodies, can investigate the information provided and reach conclusions through the procedure described below.
You may submit your report in writing, either by postal mail to the following address:
HR Department, Av de Polígono Industrial A, 17, Herencia (Ciudad Real),
or via email using the form that will appear below,
or through a voice message which you can leave in the “voice message” section,
or via WhatsApp voice message at the following number: 626 148 243.
You can choose to provide your personal details—name, surname, ID number, contact phone number, and email address—or you may submit your report anonymously.
You may also identify the person committing the irregular act, or simply describe the situation in general terms.
Obviously, the more information and details we have, the better.
The Whistleblowing Channel is a tool within the Internal Information System implemented by the company in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, and it ensures that you, as a whistleblower, receive adequate protection and support to prevent any form of retaliation.
Once your report has been received by the Committee of the Internal Information System (IIS), you will be sent an acknowledgment email within seven (7) working days.
The result of the investigation must be concluded within three (3) months (unless the complexity of the case requires an extension), starting from the date the report is received or from the date the acknowledgment was sent to you. In such a case, the deadline may be extended for another three (3) months.
As the whistleblower, please note that if necessary and possible, we may contact you multiple times to request additional information.
Once the report is received, the IIS Committee (if the report is not anonymous) will summon the whistleblower to confirm the report within five (5) days of submission or acknowledgment.
Once the report has been confirmed, the IIS Committee will summon the accused person(s) within the next ten (10) working days to appear before the committee, either alone, with legal counsel, with a “trusted person,” or accompanied by a representative of the legal workers’ council.
The IIS Committee may summon all parties involved as many times as deemed necessary, within the initial three-month period or its three-month extension, both the whistleblower (if not anonymous) and the accused.
After conducting the necessary investigation, the IIS officer and the Trusted Lawyer will decide—before the end of the three-month period or its extension—whether the reported facts constitute a crime. If so, all documentation will be forwarded to the Court on Duty. If the facts do not constitute a crime but are considered irregular or sanctionable, this will be communicated to the company’s Management for further decision.
The company’s management will issue a written decision within two (2) months of receiving the IIS report. This decision can be appealed before the Courts of Justice.
