Corporate Comliance

TECNOLOGÍA SEÑALÉTICA, S.L. has implemented an Organizational and Management Model for the Prevention of Legal and Criminal Risks (Corporate Compliance or Comprehensive Compliance Model) with the aim of unequivocally complying with the legal requirements set forth in the Capital Companies Act and the Penal Code.

We firmly commit to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, as well as maintaining zero tolerance for any criminal activity within the organization. This translates into a constant effort to improve our corporate governance and responsible management, adding value to all stakeholders with whom we interact, both directly and indirectly.

Of the eleven (11) elements that make up the Compliance Model, we provide access to the three (3) that the competent authorities recommend be publicly available: our POLICY, CODE OF ETHICS, and WHISTLEBLOWING PROTOCOL.

Equality Plan

At TECNOSEÑAL, we recognize that our strategic management must align with the needs and expectations of society, as we consider ourselves a reference social agent where ongoing professional and personal relationships are established.

For this reason, we have negotiated a GENDER EQUALITY PLAN and committed to its implementation, following the guidelines established by Organic Law 3/2007 for the effective equality of women and men, and Royal Decree 901/2020 on equality plans and their registration.

TECNOSEÑAL’s management is implementing this Equality Plan with the firm belief that non-discrimination, equal opportunities, and the work-life balance enhance both the potential and efficiency of the entire workforce while improving their overall quality of life. This directly results in increased organizational productivity.

The aim is for this Gender Equality Plan to be a continuous improvement process, contributing to the ongoing advancement toward real equality between women and men, with regular evaluations to adjust actions and address unequal and therefore unfair situations.

In short, it is a consensual and long-term working tool that will uphold gender equality within the company.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Harassment Based on Sex

TECNOSEÑAL has negotiated a PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION AND RESPONSE TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND HARASSMENT BASED ON SEX within the company.

The company is committed to managing Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and, through this protocol, expresses its zero-tolerance policy toward such conduct within the organization. By adopting this protocol, TECNOSEÑAL underscores its commitment to preventing and addressing sexual harassment and harassment based on sex in all forms, and informs all personnel—whether internal staff or from external firms, including interns, trainees, or volunteers—of its scope.

By committing to the measures outlined in this protocol, TECNOSEÑAL actively adopts a proactive stance, not only in preventing harassment—through awareness and information on unacceptable behaviors—but also in disseminating best practices and implementing necessary measures to manage and resolve complaints as appropriate.
