Tecnoseñal is an approved supplier of railway materials, including rail fastening systems and wooden sleepers with CE conformity declaration, as well as synthetic sleepers and track fastening components such as: elastic clips, coach screws, various types of bolts, washers, clamps, base plates, ribbed baseplates, metallic spirals and their associated tools, as well as any newly designed materials adapted to the specific needs of each case.
Fastenings
Tecnoseñal manufactures and supplies akoga wood sleepers with their corresponding V12 3H and KD-60 3H fastening sets, designed by Tecnoseñal’s engineering team for Adif’s mixed gauge tracks.

In-house manufacturing
Fe6 Double Elastic Washer
A washer primarily designed to prevent both parts of the joint from losing pressure. It ensures effective clamping and a uniform load distribution, maintaining the preload in the joint despite vibrations during use.
SKL-3 Clip
SKL-3 clips elastically transmit clamping force onto the rail base. They are used together with SKL-12 clips for mixed gauge tracks.
SKL-12 Clip
These clips transmit clamping force elastically onto the rail base. Used for standard rails and in combination with SKL-3 clips for mixed gauge tracks.
Screw Spike No. 8
Steel screws with heads that compress the ribbed baseplate. The rectangular prism-shaped head fits into a wrench socket for screwing. Its function is to fasten the fastening assembly to the sleeper.
Hook Bolt M22
Metric 22 bolts used to secure the rail to the ribbed baseplate via clamps or clips.
Sliding Clamp KD-60
Designed to allow longitudinal movement of the rail, enabling relative motion between the rail and the baseplate. It anchors to the ribbed baseplate via the hook bolt.
Ribbed Baseplate PN60-487
A non-elastic component for indirect fastening systems that supports the rail and is fixed to the sleeper using screw spikes. This baseplate is used for single-rail tracks.
Ribbed Baseplate PN60-487 for Double Track (SKL-3)
A non-elastic component for indirect fastening systems that supports the rail and is fixed using screw spikes. Designed for dual rails with Iberian and UIC gauges.
Pre-assembled Elastic Plate 60
A transition element between the rail and the sleeper that helps absorb the rail’s dynamic effects on the sleeper. It dampens vertical impacts and vibrations caused by passing trains. Used on the ribbed baseplate in the SKL-12 assembly.
Variable Pre-assembled Elastic Plate 60
Also a transition element between the rail and the sleeper, used to absorb impacts and vibrations. Specifically designed for mixed gauge ribbed baseplates.
Sliding Assembly KD-60
These allow the rail to move longitudinally relative to the sleeper, enabling thermal expansion and contraction of the track section without transferring stress to the rail. This allows the use of long welded rails without installing expansion joints.
Elastic Assembly SKL-12
An indirect elastic fastening system, serving as an alternative to traditional rigid fastenings with screw spikes. It ensures greater and longer-lasting rail clamping.
Elastic Assembly SKL-13
Used in mixed gauge track sections where standard SKL-12 clips are incompatible due to space constraints in double rail zones. The solution involves replacing SKL-12 clips with SKL-3 clips in the central area of the double track.
Metallic Spirals
These spirals are installed with an adapter in the existing hole of the sleeper or baseplate, without enlarging it, increasing the fastening’s lifespan. There are two types: one for screws 2, 3, and 4, and another for screw 8.
Insertion Tool
Used to insert metallic spirals into the holes for screw spikes, extending the life of the fastening.
Calibrating-Extraction Tool
Its conical tip is designed for the easy removal of the spiral when necessary.
